After losing to Supervisor Dave Cortese in 2008, former Sunnyvale Mayor Otto Lee is making another run for the District 3 seat on the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors. This time around, Lee is running with the message that the county must act quickly to better address the region’s most pressing concerns of homelessness, lack of affordable housing and mental health.
